Braden River Jiggs LandingA decent bass fishing lake in Bradenton, Florida. This is a reservoir with river fishing. Location and Method:#1- 1st aerator on right as you enter
this cove. Work sides of aerator with Carolina rig in 8 -12 foot of water. Great
summer spot in morning. #2- The mouth and both points at the mouth are great when water/current is flowing. Fish use this as ambush point. Try both deep water crankbaits and Carolina rigged worms in 8-12 ft of water. #3- Pad and grass cove. 2-3 ft deep cove littered with pads and
grass. This can be a good springtime spot. Worm a 1/8 oz weighted trickworm
around the pads.

Braden River Jiggs LandingThis lake is formed by damming the Braden River in Bradenton Florida. It is the source for the city water supply and has some decent bass fishing.
1- What are the little balloons on the map? They are my favorite fishing spots! If you click them they'll tell you what kind of structure is there and how to fish them. If you use the scroll bar for the map, you will also see a list at the bottom which gives a small description of each of the spots.
