Location and Method:I haven't fished this lake in the summer, so these spots are for spring and fall. Deep water to 35 ft in this lake off of Hwy 27 near the town of Lake Placid. #1- Kissimmee grass line- Grass line in 6 ft of water. Pitch worms into pockets using 1/4 ounce weight. #2-Docks- Look for beds on sides or under docks in spring. Use tube lure or small worm to entice strike. #3- Kisimmee grass line- 6-8 ft deep. Work 1/8-1/4 ounce worm into grass pockets or clumps in spring time. Look for sandy spots. #4- Grass line near cove and deep water- 4 ft drops to 15 ft. Work edge with #7 or #9 shadrap. Carolina rig working from deep to shallow. #5- Entrance to cove from south- Nice grass line here in 5-6 ft of water. Cast 1/4 ounce worm to grass edge. #6- Small cove with reeds on edge, but 12 foot hole in center. Work shallower edge with 1/4 ounce worm. Look for schoolers at entrance to this cove and use Fluke. #7- Kissimmee grass line 2-4 ft.- My favorite spot in the spring. Holds loads of bass on beds. Work your favorite lure both inside and outside the grass.

Note: The "Paper" button on the map is from Zee Map where they create a PDF file for printing then email you one back, but they do charge for this! Alternately, you can print the map using your browser print function which is free. I recommend you do a print preview from your browser and only print the page where the map shows up.
1- What are the little balloons on the map? They are my favorite fishing spots! If you click them they'll tell you what kind of structure is there and how to fish them. If you use the scroll bar for the map, you will also see a list at the bottom which gives a small description of each of the spots.
